Shipping Policy
We ship pan India through our delivery partners DTDC and Delhivery. We usually dispatch the orders within 15-20 days and it takes 3-4 days for our delivery partner to deliver. You will receive the tracking details via mail once the order has been dispatched.
For smooth deliveries, please ensure that you provide correct contact number and pin code. Our delivery partner tries thrice to deliver before returning to us. Please do not accept the package, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered at the time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our all customers are valuable to us and we take utmost care and highest standard of ethics in delivering our services through our website. As a policy, we do not have a provision for return or refund. All the purchases will be on non-refundable basis.
In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product, please notify us via email within 48 hours from the time of shipment received and return us the product (at our cost for the courier, subject to maximum of Rs.200) within 5 days, provided;

It is not washed, worn or damaged.

It is in saleable condition.

It is with the price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.

Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will replace the product (subject to availability).
